A clean and straightforward 128-room, purpose-built hotel opened in 2021 as part of the vast European-wide "value for money" hotel chain started by the French in the 1990s (but now owned by US biggies Goldman Sachs), though this no-nonsense-modern establishment (white-heavy decor, with accents) does not necessarily qualify as a budget option. As of early 2023 its ceiling price is €250 per night. Its 2018 sibling outlet, Antwerpen Zuid [see entry], is much cheaper, though it can't compete with this spot for location. Nothing's too far away in Antwerp at any given moment, and this hotel is situated within extra-easy reach of most consumer destinations, gay or otherwise. A Darklands Official Host Hotel March 2023.
