in 1992 Alan Yau not only put Japanese noodle soup on the map in London, but set the tone for affordable, healthy and inventive excellent-quality food in stylish but accessible spaces. The quality is not what it once was, but it's still of a decent and reliable standard. The company's also spread its wings, with this Antwerp outlet, opened in 2005, the first branch in Belgium (followed by Brussels). Very central location.
